Rank Policy Rank is based on the number of "battle days;" in other words, the more one participates, the greater the rank potential. Members are free to pin on the highest rank they qualify for, or keep their impression at a lower rank if they choose to. As rank increases, it is expected that the individual will take more leadership responsibility in the unit as well.
BD = Battle Days Purchase, maintenance, and regular provision of an appropriate functional vehicle or an appropriate functional crew-served weapon provides +1 rank. |
